CDM Regulations 2007

Construction work safety is managed under CDM (construction design management) regulations. This places duties of care on the various parties involved in the construction process to ensure that every project runs safely.

A CDM Coordinator is appointed by the organisation commissioning the construction project and it is their role to oversee the safety aspects of it.
