Call Centre in Newcastle-under-Lyme – Circa. 25K

This new post in the company involves the management of the training function by establishing and implementing a written training strategy for Call Centre Telemarketers and Sales Staff.

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, your training strategy will ensure that the skill, competencies and outputs from the telemarketers improves, thus impacting positively on sales results through increased numbers and quality of booked appointments.

Essential experience for this role is practical Call Centre business to business experience, with a training background and experience and knowledge of complete sales cycle from initial call to closure of deal.
